Purple-colored, it reveals a fragrant perfume of sausage, game, and blueberry. There is some light tannin to support 1-2 years of evolution and an overall elegant personality. Drink this lengthy effort over the next 7 years. Amavi Cellars is the sister winery to the better known Pepper Bridge Winery. It shares the same winemaker, Jean-Francois Pellet, and the same estate vineyards (Seven Hills, Pepper Bridge, and Les Collines) but from different vineyard blocks.
